In case you missed our last article (Inspiration: The Roly Poly Chair in 10 Spaces), the Roly Poly Garden Armchair was designed by Faye Toogood for the manufacturer Driade. Faye Toogood is a British artist and designer and has a number of pieces displayed in some of the world's most influential museums. She works across a variety of different disciplines, including fashion, furniture and sculpture, and her philosophy is a great match for Driade. The company prides itself on being an aesthetic lab and workspace seeking to create beauty in lots of different areas. They create beautiful products for the home, office, garden and public spaces and look for timeless designs that inspire joy, creativity and are a little bit eccentric.
